Personal service and fast delivery

i haven’t yet received my products because an item i chose wasn’t in stock, but that wasn’t apparent during purchase. i was notified almost two weeks after purchase that one of the items wouldn’t be available for 1-2 weeks while being ordered, shipped etc. at which point my entire order would ship, approximately 3-4 weeks after purchase. i love your products, however i frequently experience disappointment w/ the communication in your customer service dept.
