Very pleased with the service

Very pleased with the service from Finlandia. I got the best price for products that I wanted and super quick delivery. Disappointed the products were out of stock, when they were on sale, but they came back in stock shortly after and I was still able to get what I needed.

I rate Finlandia a 5 Star Service…

I rate Finlandia a 5 Star Service because they exceeded my expectations on customer service. My 1st order was for a pickup, the clerk immediately had my purchase ready when I arrived. My second order, which was online and it was processed very quickly i.e. similar to what I get with one of the biggest online shopping stores in the business, and was delivered to my door within 3 days. When I went online to browse for further products, I noticed Finlandia's offer for free delivery on purchases over $50. I contacted Finlandia to see if the shipping policy was still available - which they confirmed. I indicated that I had paid a shipping fee and at my request I wanted them to credited my account for the charge which they did immediately. To me, this is excellent service that has saved me time, expense (45 min by buss and 30 min. by car + parking and gas) while being environmentally sensitive by not having to travel across town to make a purchase where I know the quality of the product meets my needs.

Total disaster so far

Total disaster so far. At the end of February I ordered two homeopathic remedies - Chamomile & Guiaicum. A month later I wrote to find out where they were! I was told they'd come soon, but the Guaiacum was only available in a different potency than I requested. I said that's fine. Then I got an email from a different person saying Guaiacum wasn't available & they'd reimburse me for that one. Okay. I said I'd pick up the Chamomile. Right after receiving that email I got a phone call telling me I could get the Guiaicum from Homeocan instead of Boiron. The person who called hadn't known I'd rec'd the email. I said that's great & was told my card would just be used with the info already given & it would be about ten days approx. A month later (being patient) I phoned to find out what happened. The (now third) person I spoke to said there was no record of my order and we'd have to start over. I put in a new order for the Guiaicum from Homeocan, again giving my card info, and was pleasantly surprised to receive an email two days later saying the order was ready for pickup, rushed to pick it up & opened it at home only to find it was the Chamomile again, which I don't need two of, and the order number is still the previous one. The whole process has taken three months so far. Now I have to check exactly how much I've been charged for what now and I still haven't received the Guiaicum I was told was coming from Homeocan in the new order. I'M NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST.

I found exactly what I was looking for…

I found exactly what I was looking for where all our local pharmacies were either out of stock or couldn't give a firm delivery date. The website is very easy to navigate, and service was much quicker than I expected. Both my wife and I hold a diploma in practical herbalism, and to find your store on the web was very welcome. Great job by all of you.

I must admit quality of customer…

I must admit quality of customer service and delivery orders is dropping down as we speak. I have 3 pending orders and for over a month I can not receive all items. I have been sending emails back and forth and each time there is different waiting time, sometimes you guys dont even remember the product is already there, but order is not completed
