Every month or so I order two jars of Spry Lemon Burst xylitol candies through Finlandia's online service, because they have to go to the supplier for Spry. It's not as simple as handing me something in the store, and I appreciate the work involved for which I'm not charged. I have Sjögrens Syndrome which presents with a dry mouth, and my dentist told me in order to stimulate saliva I need to suck on a candy. Xylitol doesn't create cavities like sugar, so he highly recommends a candy with only xylitol because I need my saliva to be active in order to prevent cavities. Finlandia lets me know by email when my Spry comes in, and I can go pick it up. If I had it shipped to me, there would be a charge, but it's easy for me to get to the store for the order. I don't know any store in Vancouver that actually carries Spry, so I'm grateful to Finlandia for ordering it in for me.

Very dissatisfied. Experienced the worst customer service this morning after trying to pick up my online order of $290.00 placed week prior. Customer service agent made me feel like an idiot for coming to pick up my purchase. Going to shop elsewhere from now on and not recommend to others. If staff hate providing service to customers they are in the wrong business.
