I ordered online to pick up my items at…

I ordered online to pick up my items at the store, thinking that option would be faster but when I made the purchase didn't appear any information about the days that this option would take. I have to write a message asking when I will have my order ready to pick up and only after 4 days I received a message to pick up my order. I don't understand how this service works but 4 days is too long to pick up an order in the store. I think it is easier just to go and buy at the store directly, but it doesn't make sense to me because generally when I buy something online to pick up at the store my order is ready in around two hours!

Issues with item availability

I have placed two orders through the online store and both times received an email (1-2 days later) advising that one of the items was not in stock and the full order would ship in a couple weeks when complete. I was told they could ship separately if I wanted to make that request and while that’s helpful, more helpful would have been knowing an item is out of stock before I place the order. I prefer to shop local but could have easily sourced the out of stock item elsewhere if I needed it right away.

The package arrived very quickly. I had specified to be careful about expiry dates and one bottle of vitamin C was expiring the following month. that was disappointing. Evey other product was fine.

I ask to cancel my order if something was not in stock so they did but they didnt even tell me what was not available and the sote had not been updated so I couldnt place a new order . I send a email back asking was was not in stock and never got an answer.

Greatly disappointed in the lack of…

Greatly disappointed in the lack of communication in correspondence from the Finlandia Online department. Original order placed was good. But when I received the email confirmation to say my items were ready for pick up, there was no mention of anything missing and no email to say giving a refund. I paid for 4 items and only received 3. Further I had to reach out two days later via email since no one called nor emailed me that they were refunding me for the missing item. And only by chance I checked on my online banking to find a refund. Not impressed!
