Every time I've ordered here I always get a "we don't have that in stock so please hang on for a few weeks" a day or two after the order goes through. Maybe that would have worked 5 years ago but today when we even enjoy same day delivery I would expect that the online store would have access to what is in stock or not and I would know if I'd be waiting. If I had known that I would be waiting three weeks for a product I would not have ordered it here because there's plenty of other sites where it would have arrived in a couple of days or next day amazon.
