I came into the store to pick up an online order since I was in the area and the order had been put in over 24 hours prior. The cashier at the counter asked me my name and order number. When she couldn't find it she asked me if I had received an email.I told her I had not and that I had ordered it yesterday. She said I had to wait for the email... I asked her since I was standing right there and the order was for one item could she check? She did and within 2 minutes she was back with my order. I was a little miffed that she did not offer to check and had I not asked I would have left only to get the email 1 hour later. Seems like a little bit of proactiveness on the clerks part would have made the entire situation better. I feel like no one is willing to put any effort in to solve a problem.

Looking for information on a product, I telephoned the retail store. The woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She suggested the online store and gave me their phone number. The gentleman I spoke to there was also very helpful. Both conversations were extremely friendly and informative. Superior customer service. I will order from them again.

I always get a VERY helpful person when I call Finlandia but strangely this order was just weird🙃. I requested in person a brand that the store previously sold but it seemed that they no longer had it and I needed to do the order on line not in the store (weird). Than I tried to put the request for the product on the website and someone was kind enough to mention that one out of the 2 that I would like to order is no longer available. I was then told that this person will *upload this product on the site for me to order it, *just refresh the page (huh)🙃 Okay I saw the product on the site but had no success with trying to order it. So I went into the store to ask for assistance and the staff had the same problem. So I had to go BACK home and send an email letting staff know the problem and than a *link was sent for the order. Geez🧐 I sure this could have been done FASTER. NICOLE GUEVARA🥂
