I have always received excellent…

I have always received excellent service from the staff wether I'm in the store or placing a order for delivery. They are knowledgeable and if they don't have what you are looking for they try and find an equivalent.I really appreciate their friendly service.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I was waiting for an online order that I knew would be delayed. Once I thought about how long they were delayed,I questioned where my order was. They were prompt in answering my email and in responding to it. My partial order was sent( rather than waiting any longer for one item)and I recieved it two days later. The customer service person was polite and efficient. Really nice to deal with!

Great service

Great service! The item I ordered was back ordered ‘unknown timeframe’. This was no fault of Finlandia, but a hiccup at the supplier end. Finlandia kept me up to date on numerous occasions. I never felt like they’d forgotten about me or my order. Received my order last week, woohoo, now I can do my spring detox!

Lengthy turn around time

There have been mistakes with my orders (eg wrong item received). There have been lengthy delays in notifying pick up of orders. When I contacted the orders department via email, 4 orders I was waiting for. They were all in available for pick up! I can't imagine how long some had been there. In some cases, orders took over 3 months to fill. I realize that there are present delays in receiving products, but now I do not know if it is really the shipping time for items, or if its just an overwhelmed Finlandia staff who are not communicating that products are ready for pick up.

I have given three stars as I called…

I have given three stars as I called prior to placing my online order to confirm all items were available. I provided the representative the list and was placed on hold while she checked. All was confirmed as available. I placed my order online while on the phone with her only to be advised the next day some items were not available. Needless to say I was disappointed.
