I have ordered multi vitamins from Finlandia twice and both times I have had to wait for the product because they have been out of stock. I am still waiting for my second order.

Gave a 4 star because I found it a bit frustrating to have to be connected to a different department every time I had a question that was not specifically related to the specific area of the person I was talking to. The rewards policy only allows for a certain amount of your points to be used per order. This was also a bit frustrating. Staff remained pleasant while working thru these issues with me. I received my product in a timely manner and I will continue to shop at this facility.
