Staff were initially helpful over the phone when I needed assistance to place an online order. However, my order was delayed; I was notified by email that the delay would be approx. one week. It actually took more than two weeks, but once it got processed, the shipping via Canada Post arrived even earlier than expected. Overall I'm satisfied with how things turned out.

I placed an online order for the first time. Unfortunately the items I ordered were out of stock and back ordered, but the customer service was great and I received a full refund for the out of stock items. I look forward to ordering again when the items return.
