Amazing customer service! Most times shipping is pretty fast. I have never had issues with any of the products and have been ordering through them for the last 8 years.

Order was emailed. PayPal payment. Confirmation same day. Delivery 6 days faster than noted. Cheers, well done.

Ordered 3 products online. Three days later I received email notice that all 3 products are out of stock (this was not mentioned on product display) and would not be available for another 1 to 2 weeks (while still charging my credit card for items that had been yet to be shipped...or another way of putting it: borrowing money from me against my credit card). This left me flat footed and inconvenienced by having to rush to find similarly priced replacements since I was in short supply (and still have not been able to do so). Unlike their competition why are they taking online orders for items while not being able to confirm real time inventory availability at the time of purchase? Also their website had a glitch when accepting credit card payment so the order had to be phoned in for completion (yet another inconvenience). Will not be likely to purchase here anymore since the product availability is unreliable.
