From the outset I was made aware of what to expect regarding my Compensation, Macks Solicitors were honest about the whole process. I chose Macks because 20 years ago they represented me in a claim, also as this was a RTC involving me as the cyclist, I knew Macks had solicitors who were Cyclists just like me. My solicitor was very responsive and she got me a decent payout from my ex-employer for the injury I suffered due to their negligence. She was upfront about the costs which I found fair as I wasn’t willing to risk paying a solicitor firm I had never heard of when there was a chance I could have been further out of pocket, hopefully I never have such an injury again but if I do I’ll contact Mac’s again.

I was knocked off my bike by a car driver (driver error) I was out of action for some time afterwards & my bike was badly damaged... I contacted Macks to deal with my claim for compensation.
