Nightmare, avoid at all costs I felt extremely let down by boxie24 service in Netherlands and I was genuinely shocked to read the positive reviews below. I patiently waited for them to collect my boxes for an entire day, but they never showed up. When I contacted their customer service for some assurance that they would pick up my items as agreed upon, and ETA, they claimed they couldn't reach their drivers and couldn't provide any feedback. On multiple occasions, their staff had an intimidating approach and even threatened to cancel my booking (which they actually did), even though they were well aware that I had packed everything and needed to vacate my rented flat within a few hours. Despite our time constraints, which they disregarded, they insisted on canceling the booking, which added unnecessary stress to an already tense situation. Plus added financial damage.,It's disheartening to see how they used this situation against us during such a difficult time. The entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. In the end, they made the unilateral decision to cancel our reservations and informed us that they had already instructed their drivers not to collect our boxes. We were left scrambling to make last-minute arrangements. It's truly astonishing that businesses like this are allowed to operate. And they don’t take any responsibility whatsoever. If they exercise the upper hand like that, just because I asked EstimatedTime of Arrival, i don’t dare imaging what would they do later on once they have the personal items of people. Boxie24 suggest you have internal quality checks and improvements, investigate properly with your staff. also you may wish to go back and check emails and review exchanges at the time to refresh your memory on the arrogance and rudeness of your treatment. In retrospective, and after reading reviews of your victims throughout the years I realised we dodged a bullet. We thankfully realised just in time that you are not a trustworthy and reliable company to handle our possessions and I am glad we found other providers that could take much better care of.

I requested storage through their website and was promptly contacted the next day to discuss my storage needs and to organise pick-up. Within a few days of requesting storage, my items were collected by Kyle, who, like those I communicated with on the phone, was very friendly and efficient.

My experience with Boxie24 was great. The website was quite informative when it came to the types of storage units available and all necessary contact details were easily accessible. I only had to contact the company twice, once for picking up the boxes and once for dropping them off, the calls for which were brief and informative. A follow up confirmation email would also be sent which helped me keep track of things. Overall, as an international student who left Rotterdam for 6 months for exchange, Boxie24 was a great company to work with. The monthly payments were also automatic so I never had to worry about missing a payment or transferring money over. The staff was always super friendly and informative. Overall, super affordable and 10/10 experience so would definitely recommend to students.

Standort „Frankfurt“ Es wird einem ein Lagerraum in Frankfurt verkauft, in Wahrheit ist das eine abgelegene Lagerhalle in Weilmünster. Das sind über 1 Stunde weg aus Frankfurt. Über den Zustand der Lagerhalle will ich garnicht anfangen, das muss rechtlich geprüft werden, ob das überhaupt so erlaubt ist, wie sich das ganze abspielt. Leider war ich erst nach einem Jahr vor Ort, um mir das anzugucken, sonst hätte ich diesen Anbieter niemals gewählt.

Die Abholung meiner Sachen lief einwandfrei. Nach fast einem Jahr kann ich endlich die Rücklieferung veranlassen. Alle Fragen konnte der Kundenservice schnell und immer freundlich beantworten. Man kommt jederzeit mit einer Terminabsprache an seine Sachen ran. Hilfreich ist dabei die Liste aller Kartons und Möbel, die man bei der Abholung erstellt und mitgegeben hat. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.
