The pickup guys were very nice. There was a slight confusion with the scheduling of the pickup but once it was clarified, everything went smoothly. Very satisfied.

Would not recommend!!! I found dealing with Boxie24 stressful and ridiculously expensive! I have no idea how the reviews are so good! EUR865 to collect, store for less than a month and return a studio apartment's worth of things is a total rip off! Having moving days changed, being asked to make sure someone is around to help carry, being given a window of 8 hours when they will arrive is not great customer service!

Boxie24 picked up my storage in a timely manner and there were no issues moving out. It was a good experience and I've had no trouble getting in communication with Boxie24 when I have had questions. The pricing was very competitive and they allow one week options instead of locking you into another extra month which was ultimately what sold me on their service. I am only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 stars because they overcharged my account for the pickup by $20. After I pointed this out, they took the $20 off my next statement. I would use Boxie24 again.

Perfect for a storage if your going away for sometime. Never thought that this kind of service is available in Melbourne. Booked my date of pick up and staff just came to collect my items with no hassle. Also, friendly customer service, always prompt to answer my querries via email. I would definitely recommend Box 24 to anyone looking for a storage.
