The whole thing is so sketchy - they literally lie on their website too. I asked to book in a self-delivery as I had more things to deliver and they said it’s not possible! And that you need to pay extra for bringing more things to your storage, regardless of how much unused space you have. When asked why they state that’s possible on their website, they just basically said “no”. Nowhere does it state where the location is, and if asked they won’t disclose it. After asking multiple times, got a response that the only place you could deliver things yourself is “in Schiedam” (while I booked in Amsterdam West!). In general, the comms from the team are rude and stand-offish. This seems like a scam, now I’m stuck with a bunch of stuff I can’t deliver to the space I booked, unless I pay almost 160€ more just to get it picked up! My advice; stay the hell away from Boxie24.

Quick and efficient service. I particularly liked that the driver contacted me one hour before he arrived and when he was 10min away from my place, he gave me another phone call which helped me prepare ahead of their arrival.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Abholzeit meiner Möbel war zwischen 9 bis 15 Uhr,um 11 Uhr sind 2 sehr freundliche Möbelpacker gekommen und keine 15 Minuten später war der Raum leer. Die Möbel wurden gut und sicher verladen,also alles Top.
