Unfassbar überrascht von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden! Sowohl in der Zentrale (Shoutout an Christoph, super nett und hilfsbereit!), als auch die zwei, die unserer Zeug abgeholt haben. Bei uns gabs eine kleine logistische Komplikation, die super schnell, freundlich und sehr kundenorientiert gelöst wurde. Das Abholen war professionell und schnell. Bisher habe wir unser Zeug erst eingelagert, aber ich bin sicher dass auch die Auslagerung klappen wird. Ich habe wirklich nicht mit so viel Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit gerechnet, also danke dafür 😊

Really good service, I was helped instant with all the questions I had, however the pickup was such a process the drivers were so rude and could see us (2 girls) struggling to pick up our boxes and take them to the delivery van asides from that really good service

I need to update this review because my original one doesn't quite capture how bad my experience was. After having my belongings stored by them for 2 years, they failed to return my set of audio speakers. Their customer support is almost non-existent since it took them over a week to respond to my (initially) friendly request to get my speakers delivered, since I assumed it was just an oversight. They then proceeded to lie that I had in fact received them back, and since then I have not received a single further reply. This just gaslighting, and it's been nearly a month since then. The only mistake I made was trusting them and not thoroughly checking all of my belongings when they returned them. They had packed half of my stuff into their green boxes and I assumed my speakers were in there, since I hadn't put them into another box, and their delivery man expected me to sign a protocol before I had much time to check anything. But their approach to delivery protocols is just pitiful. When they collected my belongings in 2020, they received a complete list of all of the boxes and separate items I was giving them. My speakers were on this list. For the return, they should have referenced this exact list. But they instead just write 'complete delivery' in the inventory list on the return protocol. I suspect this is because they knew something was missing and hoped they would get away with it. Unfortunately I fell for it. At this point there is no reason to be polite: in reality they have stolen my belongings and their customer support is just terrible. DO NOT USE BOXIE24. Don't be fooled by the initially cheap prices. Rent a van and use a self-storage solution where you can be confident only you have access to your belongings. Boxie24 will either lose or steal things. Check the other reviews, I'm not alone. Who knows though, maybe my speakers will appear on classifieds soon and I can buy them back from whoever took them.
