Material was received fast, reasonable, and was as ordered.

I’m not sure how this happened but what was shipped to me wasn’t what I ordered. As a matter of fact, the items and the packing slip inside of the box that I received belonged to another company / customer. I only found this out when I opened the box this past weekend. Also, it’s very weird that I wasn’t contacted by Del City because according to the CS rep that I spoke to on Monday, she said that there were notes in the system regarding this issue so I guess the customer of the items I received called Del City before I did. This was my very first order with Del City and I hate to say it but I’m not impressed at all.

Figure out how to ship to Northern California. I spent hours making an order to find out that you can not ship to me. Other companies do not have this problem.Let me know when and if you get your s*** together.
