Overall, everything was spot on. The only issue was having to ring up to find out what the status of my order was and how to track my order. Perhaps this was due to an on-line order, and perhaps someone will look into fixing the glitch. Tracking my order was smooth once I was able to obtain a tracking number. Customer services was excellent while calling to find out about my order and tracking.

I ordered 3 wire connector and they shipped a 2 wire connector instead. Without hesitation the sent the right parts after a friendly short call

I ordered a switch panel with switches and the switches do not fit the panel. A decent sales team would have inquired if I wanted to use these together as they are incompatible. I sent an email to see which one of your toggle switches do indeed fit the panel and never received a reply. Most disappointing.
