Great product line and customer service is prompt when an issue arises. Four stars for the 3 phone calls to get one order correct. Like most of us in business lack of employees requires the purchaser to spend time handling miscues. Better communication from the packing/shipping department would have made them a five star company, for our company.

You apparently did not have the item I ordered in stock. For a whole week, nobody reached out to me to let me know. When I first called about the order, the woman who took the call told me the warehouse guys were backed up and it would ship the next day. When I called the day after to confirm the order would ship, a different woman took the call and told me "the item doesn't exist". I found it on a competitor's site and I had it in 3 days. I would click 0 stars if it was an option.

You guys have a lot of items to chose from. The catalog is especially helpful as the first few pages have a wire/amps calculation chart, there's a picture of a car with the average amps each component might use and the description of what the different types of wires you guys have. Very helpful.

Excellent experience with Del City! Although the item was back ordered, it was shipped as soon as it arrived and the price I paid was very good! I highly recommend this business as they have good prices and excellent customer service.
