Fraudulent installers

ADT (via Bulldog Security) Has installers in the field who are committing fraud! A man came to my home to install my system. After he put the wall panel up he told me that I could not get cameras because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn’t he have asked that question before he even came out? Or before he put up the wall panel? I told him that it would be pointless then. Why would I need ADT without any cameras? He continued trying to upsell me, even after knowing that the system would not work with Verizon. He stated that all he needed was a part and to do some research and he’d be back the following week. He never came back. I called him and he kept reiterating that there was no part and that we can’t get cameras because we have Verizon. He threw this panel on our wall along with a few chimes on our door and left. He knew that system would not work! He simply just wanted to get paid off of the install. ADT has been trying to charge us since the day after he left. He also told us that our previous systems company was being sued. Welp! Come get the bs out of my home and cancel this contract or ADT will be joining them sir!

My Parents recently renewed with these…

My Parents recently renewed with these guys. Got given a videodoorbell with the renewal price. Works great, didn't realise there was an app aswell for there alarm which the engineer managed to sort out for them. Can set the system now for when where away. Thanks again

A service was taken place today. I'm not usually a type of bloke to leave reviews on this platform. Young engineer today was a lovely chap had a nice talk about the football while my alarm was checked over. Has to be one of many to enjoy my brownies. Thanks again for our yearly check over. they came to my dads yesterday conned him out of nearly 3 grand lucky we where able to stop cheques also turned up again today to discuss cheques lucky we was there waiting

So far our experience has been great

So far our experience with this Company has been excellent. Andrew Smalley, the salesperson gave a full explanation of the product and its uses with a very convincing argument why we should consider purchasing. Having decided on the product it was refreshing that the installation team would be able to come the next day. Ash and Dave, the alarm engineers were brilliant, working efficiently and professionally, informing us how to use the system step by step through all apps and operating etc. So far so good!

Scammers please avoid they take…

Scammers please avoid they take advantage of the vulnerable! They have taken £3000 for an ‘upgrade’ of my elderly grandmothers system, which has not been used in years. Obviously Bulldog are aware the system isn’t used as it’s ‘fully monitored’. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Next call trading standards!

Good Alarm System

Have had a Bulldog Security alarm system now for about 10 years and todays visit (Dec 2023) was for the annual service. Chris and Luke were very professional and efficient, replacing all batteries, checking the system, offering some security advice etc. We have been, and still are very happy with the system and the service from Bulldog.

The gentleman rang day before to give time, and was with in this time. They were very pleasant and made sure there feet were clean before coming in, and checked everything and changed what they had to with no hassle. They were in and out in no time at all

Prompt response to reporting System issue

Reported a system message on 1st Nov they arranged for an engineer to visit they next day which they confirmed by text. Dave the engineer also sent text to say on way. Arrived on time and sorted the issue also carried out a full service to intruder and smoke alarms. Pleased with service
