I have had my mum and dad cremated here and the grounds are absolutely lovely, they don’t rush you to leave the grounds after the ceremony so you can really take care of saying goodbye probably.

The experience was not great as it was my daughter's funeral , so as experiences go it was probably the worst in my life, you need to rephrase this question. In terms of the service provided by the Oaks I have no complaint, it was smooth and professional

The Oaks is a lovely setting, it was the perfect venue for my dad’s funeral. From the ease of parking for guests, the garden and surrounding area to the venue and layout of the building itself. All the people and staff involved were brilliant and for what was a difficult and emotional day the Oaks played its part it creating the perfect send off.

We chose the oaks as many loved ones have been cared for there, lovely surroundings, facilities are good with plenty of space. Thankyou for taking care of my dad.

The service was perfect.

The service I received was absolutely first class. You made it easy for me visit my husband as and when necessary. I was also allowed create with you a way in which I wanted the service conducted. This was done in a very professional and personal way. Everyone that attended the funeral thought it was the perfect send off for Bob. The flowers were also amazing, and I thankyou most sincerely for everything you did.

Everything we asked for was provided and we had so many compliments of the venue and celebration we gave my husband. Would recommend the celebrant who made us so welcome she was so supportive to the family and our friends.
