Lovely setting.

The oaks is a wonderful environment for a difficult day , it is calming and peaceful and a fitting venue to say goodbye to someone you love

The setting, the building, the gardens, easy access and great parking all made the sad experience very dignified.

Things were exactly how we expected and scattering after was everything we could of asked.

Very light and airy. Did not feel rushed. Lovely panoramic window. Peaceful.

There should be another road out so its not like a conveor belt felt rushed as we were outside after my mums cremation and the next funeral were there waiting. Also the video link should capture the big window as there is so much wildlife out there

Everything from when my mum arrived to after the ceremony we were looked after and it made it easier for us thankyou

I purchased a plaque however the wooden material quickly becomes weathered and so it becomes difficult to read the memory. As this always happens why don't you use better materials? My plaque has not yet been positioned and so the above comments are very clear observations of what happens now.
