Recently contacted Liberty Games to source some parts for my old FAS football table. Team were both patient and helpful as we identified the model and part requirements. Part wasn’t on the shelf but they were able to source from factory, and shop to me, which was something I was unable to do previously. Many thanks to a great team.

we received 1st class service from liberty games from start to finish. Robert organised an appointment via email by promptly emailing us to confirm our chosen date/ time. The staff were very polite & knowledgeable in branch leaving us with freedom to view all the products on display. There was no pressure to purchase but we are so pleased we bought a pinball. I recently purchased a pool table from Liberty Direct, and the experience has been disappointing. The table arrived with visible scratches and defects, and despite reporting the issue to the company three days ago, I still haven't received any response. Additionally, I paid £99 for installation, which was not worth the cost, as they didn’t even bother to label the table properly. Really nice company to deal with. I’ve ordered from them in the past and had a great experience then also. Ordered a new pool table recently. Realised I’d ordered the wrong size so rang them up to get it corrected and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem. Delivery was super fast. Drivers put the table exactly where we asked them to and even put the box the right way up to make unpacking and building the table easier for me. The finished product is as I expected, lovely. Only wish my budget had been able to stretch to a slate bed table but sadly it did not but that doesn’t mean I’m not super happy with our new table. And best thing was it was reduced in price making an even better bargain. Will I use them again? Absolutely!

Great product excellent customer service

Excellent service all round, I had complications at my end whilst ordering and they were brilliant and dealt with my issues quickly and fuss free. The delivery was quick and the guys were excellent.
