So easy to order the website was easy to use and understand. The choice was great so much to choose from. Was really happy with the product came with all the accessories the pool table is easy to put up and take down and the ping pong table is so easy to add and take off many hours of fun for the kids and us adults. Really disappointed with the service received. Pool table ordered on 20th July, had to chase for updates, nothing proactive from Liberty at all. Was given a 5 - 15 working day window for delivery and now at the end of day 15 no firm delivery date confirmed. Shame as looks like most others have received great service but what should have been an exciting purchase has become extremely frustrating and disappointing so far. Hopefully the product makes up for it when it arrives. Update - a couple days after the review Liberty Games got on top of the issue with the courier and sorted a delivery date out, offering a gesture of goodwill by way of acknowledgment of my experience. Now the product has arrived it’s excellent quality and looks great. I did purchase some better quality balls & cues but expected the accessories to be of basic quality as it was a more budget end table. Now pleased with the purchase and happy to recommend.

We ordered the 7ft multi-table with installation. Communication was good throughout order and deliver process. Installation was smooth and professional. The table is great, only used for pool and air hockey so far but so easy to change over and kids & adults have been enjoying the competitions!

Product arrived very quickly and well within the timescale predicted. I was emailed regularly with updates to where my package was and when it would arrive etc. and I love the product itself.

Great service with a cue ordered on a 12-15 week timescale. At the start made one change to original order. Sorted immediately. Then on dispatch I asked them to deliver to my van site again all sorted perfectly. A pleasure to award this company top marks.
