I ordered the strikeworth 6ft Multi games table, the service was amazing, emailed/called straightaway with a delivery date and delivered within 2 days with a call 1hr before it arrived. We installed it ourselves and it was easy to do as clear instructions were given. It’s a great sturdy table and very easy to swap from game to game with the rotating table, would highly recommend, also it has handy storage for the cues! We have had so much fun playing air hockley, table tennis and pool. Would definitely recommend this table if you have young children whom like to change games.

Very disappointed with the whole experience with LIBERTY GAMES and their product, we were very excited to order our pool table, (Not like you buy pool tables every day), we had a call to tell us the table will be delivered. We then get a phone call your benches that you ordered with the table one of them is damaged (do you still want it!) no thank you just send the good one and you will have to arrange for the new undamaged one to be sent on, (No date set still at the minute 11.06.24) Thursday morning table due to arrive, blokes turn up to set up our new table and then he says (WE HAVE YOUR TABLE AND BENCH BUT THEY HAVE NOT PUT THE LEGS FOR YOUR TABLE ON THE VAN WE WONT BE ABLE TO DO ANY THING) The delivery bloke apologised and said it had nothing to do with them the just deliver the tables and put them up, (You will get a call from the office to sort it all out) We waited all day and no phone call, email, text from them to apologise, the table is made cheap and where the balls come out it is just taken back to MDF and no coating to protect it, you get cues with it I have seen straighter boomerangs, no spots delivered for the table and the cue racks are a joke you damage the wall trying to put the cues away, we have emailed for an update but still no reply. customer service is a joke.

I find that you only can really measure the true quality of a company in adversity. Consequently I rarely leave reviews unless I have an issue and base my assessment on their communication and determination to resolve the issue. If I like a product, I pay for it and it is sent to me, what is there to review? With that said, I purchased a pool table for my son's 9th birthday from Liberty Games. It arrived well in advance of his birthday and I had left it in its packaging, the until the night before. I promised him it would be ready for when he woke up in the morning and after putting him to bed, went downstairs to assemble the table. Unfortunately, the product was damaged in a corner of the table. I do not think Liberty Games are at fault and believe it was more likely to be an issue with the courier. I emailed the Liberty Games were very understanding and responsive and delt with the matter both efficiently and urgently to our mutual satisfaction. If my son keeps his enthusiasm for pool and when we are ready to buy a larger table, I will be going straight to Liberty Games and will not consider another supplier because of their great products, reasonable prices and excellent customer service.
