Always a 5 stars product. I'm a repeat customer. I really like MUUKAL sunglasses because they are sturdy, fashionable, cool, well made, and great quality. I get a lot of compliments every time I wear them. Good sun protection. I'll keep buying more for sure.

Seem to be light enough weight, comparable to the lenses I bought from my doc's office. Although I'm not a professional lens analyst, I feel its farily comfortable. Prescription seems accurate me.

Okay so I just received my order from Muukal and honestly im not mad lol! Prescription is on point, glasses are exactly as pictured and described, and didn't take too long. I only have two minor complaints, one the glasses case I ordered already tore, and secondly although they did get them to me relatively quickly I paid for express shipping. They did refund the shipping costs but I am satisfied all around and I love it.

Very dodgy return policy. They don’t stand behind their work. Cheap glasses are just that. Cheep. Buy them from a reputable retailer. Preferably in your town. That way if you have a problem they will make it right. The prescription was the same for 3 pairs and only one was correct. Now I have to pay for shipping them back to China and pay for customs and then get 50% of my money back. Sounds like fraud to me.

My glasses are perfect and took 19 days to get here,it would have taken 12-15 days had I ordered them locally and they were 1/4 the price

I've been buying my prescription glasses online and I usually get it from eyebuy direct... I've been a loyal customer of that store for almost 7 years until I saw this company. Because of their promo of buy one get one I was drawn to test it out. But boy that was the biggest mistake. I should have stayed with eyebuy direct... With eyebuy direct you get quality and precise eye measurement unlike with muukoloptical. The downside if it all also is that there's no number to call. You have to wait for a response on email for a resolution... The moment I got my eyeglasses in the mail I was so excited to open and try it on but as soon as I put it on... That's where enduring falls apart... The first 15 minutes of wearing it I felt Iike everything I see is curved so i thought I give it another time to maybe adjust on the measurement but 1hour later I felt really dizzy. Now I can't use any of them and still waiting on a response from muukoloptical....

I absolutely love all three pair of progressive glasses that I ordered for $119.00. I ordered 3 more pair. I could order 3 more and still cost less than at what I was quoted at another place. The quality is much better than I expected. Shipping was faster than expected also.

When I received my initial order they were off slightly and I couldn't see with them. Upon contacting the company I was contacted by Lisa. She was very nice and was able to get a second pair made for me with the correct PD. My first pair were ordered with the incorrect PD. Thank you so much Lisa!! The new pair are great! 😄
