I have ordered multiple times from Muukal. The quality is good and they arrive in no time, considering how far they have to come! I had a pair arrive broken. I emailed, sending a picture of the broken frame. My reply came back very quickly...my replace glasses were immediately sent out!. I highly recommend Muukal!

Ease of ordering, accurate fill of prescription

The shipping fee that I paid wasn't worth the money that I paid. However, the glasses that I bought from your shop are of excellent quality and fit perfectly.

I loved all three pairs of glasses. I can see clearly, they are comfortable and they were on budget! they came quickly!

On 12/20/2024, I wrote a review stating that I love my frames. The lenses, however, were giving me headaches. I was asked to remove my review while the company attempted to make things right. I was told the frames I ordered were too big and was directed to order smaller ones. I did as instructed and was sent 3 new pairs of glasses. These turned out to be worse than the originals. I've since ordered glasses from another site - using the same prescription - and have had no issues. My original rating was 2 stars. I'm giving 3, this time, because customer service did try to help. Unfortunately, the lenses just aren't right for me.

Great frame! I was very hesitant to order, but so happy that I did! The frame fits so well, true to size, and the prescription is spot on especially considering how strong it is.
