Amazing customer service , felt like Claire went out of her way to respond to me at nine o’clock at night on a Friday, really wasn’t expecting a response ,she was extremely helpful making sure my order would be delivered when it suited me. I have had a new kitchen and bathroom installed and I could not recommend Bert and May enough. They have been super quick in answering queries and when I did not have enough tiles the quickly sorted the problem out. Product looks amazing and so was the service!

Thought the tiles were lovely but the returns process is dreadful. There’s a £75 collection fee plus 30% reduction on any tiles returned. You can’t return tiles to your local branch!! We went with the recommended amount from Bert & May who calculated for us the amount of tiles we needed and we had 15% over. I would have been more conservative if I’d been made aware in advance that this was even a consideration.

From the very first time I made contact with the team at Bert and May the service and knowledge of product has been excellent. I’ve worked as a landscaper and garden designer for many years and it is really refreshing to talk to a company who really understand their products and can provide the more technical and logistical information which is crucial to a new project - especially when introducing that product to the client . I have been so happy with the service on every level and Annie, who is the contact that I have been dealing with from the early stages , has been supportive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable on every aspect of the product and ordering . We have now committed to an order and I am really looking forward to working with the tile and creating a relaxed dining area and family space that reflects quality and beautiful design. Really couldn’t be happier .
