Didn’t have the sample tile I wanted available online. I spoke to customer service and the lady arranged for two samples to be sent for the same price (one of the chosen pattern but in a different colour and one showing the correct colour). Very helpful, lovely to talk to and I hugely appreciated this kindness and extra effort. Excellent customer service. The tiles, needless to say are superb quality and absolutely glorious!!
