Ordered samples. Arrived in good time. Helped to decide which ones were best suited for bathroom refurbishment. However think the pricing on the website needs to change. Prices quoted exclusive of vat and misleading as do not know full price until checkout. Decided to go elsewhere for tiles as a result.

Ordered some samples and nearly 3 weeks later they've not arrived. Have requested a refund for 1 sample tile that they don't have enough of. If you're unable to fulfil then please just let the customer know earlier as possible so I can reach out to a third party that supply your tiles. **Update: Changed the rating from 2 to 4. Although I didn't get the tiles I wanted in the time that I needed, their customer service has been very proactive in resolving the issue. Your tiles are lovely, this review is not about the product but just the timeliness of delivery and communication about delays. Thank you CS.

The order I made could not be sent as there was no sample tiles in stock. I was sent an alternative and given my money back.
