How about a No Star!!

How about a No Star!!! It was late delivery over 3 weeks. No Allen key an more importantly NO CLEAR SNEEZE SCREEN ATTACHED TO THE ROLLER. So surprised at displays 2go done business in the past with good results. I’m going to give this order a pass because of COVID-19 And cooperative customer service

I have not yet received my order

My apologies for the earlier 1Star review. Your team reached out to me, actually shared the employee's name that received our display and signed for it. We must have lost it after it arrived. So I will reorder. But kudos for keeping tracking and making this right!

I experienced responsive customer service

I wasn't able to start my Patio Heater. I tried twice to contact the vendor with no success. Displays2go was right on top of it when I called them and they contacted the vendor for me and got the ball rolling. Now the issue is resolved and I am a happy camper!! And I love my new heater. I would buy through Displays2go again for sure.

Still have not received my order hard…

Still have not received my order hard to review something I have not received. I talked to Displays2go yesterday and she said she called FedEx to ask where our shipment was and they told her because of the smoke from all the fires it has been delayed. Which is totally crap. I live in the area and that is not the case. Only your representative believed them and not me, which totally angered me. I called FedEx after I spoke with her and they told me to file a lost claim because they could not find it. I filed the claim and disputed it on my credit card. Poor customer service.

Just What I Needed

Since my mom's passing I found some 4x6 prints of the two of us and wanted to put them in a single frame, and what I had in mind was just what Displays2go had available. I was surprised how many other online stores didn't have the triple frame I found here. It's perfect for the pictures and it fits perfectly next to the framed photos of my dad. Thank you Displays2go!
