This is a very nice frame for displaying pictures, diplomas, etc. It looks really nice on my shelf.

Very disappointing - after being assured on the phone that the items we needed were immediately available, and even citing the number of units "in the warehouse" to emphasize the fact, we did not receive our order. When I contacted customer service to inquire re delivery, I was told the items were backordered with no indication as to when they would become available. Absolutely unacceptable - either they had them available for immediate shipment or they didn't. The customer service rep was either uninformed or intentionally misrepresented their ability to deliver. We are a nursing home dealing with a pandemic situation - I do not appreciate sales people wasting my time and misrepresenting their ability to deliver a critical item.

Your poster hangers were perfect for what I had in mind. Shipping was fast too.
