I did not get the delivery of the poster frames?

When item arrived it was missing a screw on the base unit. Called and requested the missing part. Waited 5 days for the wrong part. Called again and requested the missing part along with a photo of it. Part was sent 2 day and arrived. Finally the mannaquin is complete. Excellent item and worth the hassle. Will buy from them again. Chuck Lurker

They had exactly what I was looking for, less expensive than I could find anywhere else, and I got the product quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!

I placed an order for 20 picture frames to do a display wall. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. The support folks were very helpful about how to return and replace with the correct size. Refund went smoothly and the new order arrived in a timely manner. One of the new frames had a scratched glass and they promptly sent a replacement which arrived in two days. All in all, a very pleasant experience despite my initial error. I would definitely recommend ordering from them.
