Great products and service.

These snap-in poster frames are very well made. Although I would prefer they were made domestically (they are made in China), the quality is about as good as it gets, especially for the price! They were also packed very well so they arrived in perfect condition even though they ship fully assembled. Overall great product!!

Easy to order--

I have purchased several display cases over the past several years from Displays2go. Always had items shipped promptly, and their customer service is first class when there has been any issue with regard to an item which was damaged in shipping (acrylic or base). It has been a pleasure to work with a company that still takes pride in servicing what they offer. I highly recommend Displays2go.

I placed my order July 15. Today is August 13th and I have not received my order. What is wrong with you?

I received a broken product- the return process on the phone was easy, but I’m still waiting for my new product to come. I’m a teacher and supposed to go back to the classroom next week. I ordered my product well in advance so that I can be safe in the classroom, but now I’m still waiting for my reordered product to arrive. I’m disappointed that the first product came broken and now that I’m waiting even longer for something I should have had weeks ago... especially after I’ve already been charged for the product.

We ordered from Displays2go many times now. Most recently we ordered an outdoor sidewalk sign. It arrived damaged (missing a small part) When I called customer service they took all the information, apologized and said they would get the part out to us immediately. Well, within a few days an entire new order arrived. I was shocked and delighted. Guess there was no way to just send a part. This was outstanding customer service. Thank you

Ordering was simple and the help I got to make it tax-exempt was great! I am currently still waiting for delivery (been almost a month - crazy COVID) so I cannot yet tell you about the quality of product or if it was what we were looking for. Our hope it is that it is as good as their customer service was. Thanks!
