Outstanding Customer Service
Received my product with a small defect and made a comment on their request for a product review. They reached out to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They were even willing to replace the product for free. I accepted a discount on the purchase and was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service.
Damage. Disorganization. Terrible experience.
My order arrived damaged. Zero response from customer service when I sent images of the damage. When I called the 1-800 number a few days later I was met by long wait times (had to opt for a call back finally) and issues with connectivity when finally connected to John in customer service. John was lovely and apologetic. But... no email response with return shipping label as promised. FedEx damaged the table therefore they can be contacted for a claim. Not sure why this is so difficult; it is procedural. I just received another email from “customer service” stating the following: - Hello, We do not take damaged units back, but we can certainly offer a partial credit for you to keep the item as-is, would 30% discount be something you'd be interested in? We are a few days behind in this email box, so if you are looking for a quicker resolution, please call us at 800-572-2194. Thanks, Customer Support Displays2go 81 Commerce Drive |Fall River, MA 02720 | USA t 800.572.2194 - What. A. Joke. Are you making this up as you go?? Zero continuity when it comes to customer comm. and terrible response times and resolution. I will be contacting Displays2Go again and I will be reporting to the BBB and writing reviews on social media to warn others about Displays2Go’s terribly disorganized and dishonest business practices.

Horrible product
Horrible product. Received in pieces. Clearly damaged and then someone attempted painting to fix. No mounting stuff included.

When I ordered the item on July 28 online it said "Shipping in 7 days". On day 14 (Aug 11) I had not heard from the company anything about the item having been shipped. Even if their 7 days for shipping were 7 business days, this still would have been day 10. I needed the item by the evening of Aug 15. On Aug 11 I phoned customer service. They informed me at that time that some material needed to make the item was out of stock and they did not know when new stock was arriving and when they might be able to get the item to me. Don't you think that I deserved at least an email from them as to the situation? Subsequently, I was able to find a similar item on Amazon. However they were also unable to get it to me by Aug 15. I also requested via the Displays2go customer service person and via email an email cancellation confirmation of my original order. The person indicated that they could do this. As of today I have not received such confirmation. Looking at my account to which my debit card is associated, it looks as though no charges have been made by the company to my account. Perhaps they charge the account only when an item ships? I was very disappointed in Displays2go.

We ordered a foldable acrylic sneeze guard. The first one that arrived came cracked from transporting. The Displays2Go customer service rep was great to work with. He made sure to send us a replacement right away, and we are very happy with our purchase.
