Lovely flowers and great value

The driver just dropped the pallet and run on the curb side. No help to bring the pallet into garden. I'm 80 years if age and had to get a ladder to unload it. It would have taken him 5 mins to help me. Thanks

Could not order over the phone as wanted bank transfer! Used internet, only problem my bank took ages to confirm my identity, which is not your problem. Although I could see people not waiting thinking it is your internet! Delivery as arranged driver extremely helpful rang when a few miles away.put pallet where I wanted it, nothing was too much trouble. Product safely wrapped.

The Mother’s Day flowers were delivered, they arrived crushed and the water had leaked everywhere. I was called on 31/03 to discuss the complaint. I missed the call, returned the call but never got a call back following the message I left.
