Delivery didn’t turn up on the day and no communication . I had to ring them and email . Thru delivered the next day .

Would love to give a 5 star rating, but unfortunately didn't receive the goods, which I was so looking forward to !..The planters were in stock when I ordered and paid for them with a 2 to 4 day delivery..when I chased them up after 10 days only 1 available, then a message to say out of stock a few days later, just a bit disappointed really, but must say your customer service team were very good when I contacted them and was refunded almost immediately..would love to re order but don't want the same experience again.Sorry!.....After much thought I have re ordered!..Let's hope it arrives this time !
