Good product, efficient service and easy to order on line

Easy to find what I wanted online, easy to pay online and easy to collect. The guys running the click and collect drive through were particularly delightful and prompted the 5 star review. They were so helpful, friendly and cheerful! Good on 'em!

Delivery good but no communication from day of order. Would have appreciated some communication the day before or on day of delivery to confirm delivery, and perhaps whether morning or afternoon.

I paid for an item that was advertised on the website After 20 days of them having my money and me having to chase for answers re my order I discovered that the item wasn't in stock and hadn't been even when I placed the order - I gave up at the point and requested my money back - I have since received my order from another garden centre within 24 hours of ordering
