I saw a garden set in store that I liked but wanted to ponder on it some more. I eventually ordered it online which was an extremely easy process and picked my delivery date. It turns out I could not make the date I chose so I emailed them to change it. The customer service was excellent and everything was re -scheduled for me. Day of delivery I got a call from the driver to say how close he was and then when they arrived he was exceptionally polite and helpful. An overall outstanding shopping experience - thank you Longacres for providing such great service. And to add - the table and chairs are great quality and look lovely - just need some sunshine now, so if you could also arrange that I’d be brother moon 😃
