Ordered 3 bunches of iris to be sent to my sister, arrived promptly but unfortunately out of 30 flowers just 4 opened and the rest didn't open and just turned brown, (this after 3 days) I contacted longacres and yes they offered a full refund but didn't offer to replace the flowers which I thought would have been a goodwill gesture. Very disappointed and will never use again

I have been shopping at Longacres for many years and it is one of my favourite garden centres. Recently I made an online purchase which I had to cancel a few days later. Longacres were very forthcoming and quick in cancelling the order and refunding my money.

Item was very competitively priced and despatched quickly … with delivery on a named day of my choosing. The item had very minor damage, but when I contacted Longacres Customer Services they immediately despatched a replacement. Absolutely stellar customer service … I can’t remember receiving better! Longacres will definitely be my first port of call for all things for the garden.
