Thank you for the beautiful roses! Two weeks on and they are still lovely

The 2 roses arrived on time but the package had been battered, looked like it'd been through the wringer. I wrote an email of complaint and got reimbursed in total! great service, thanks.

Potted bulbs were very badly packed. I received a large box of soil, bulbs and pots, all mixed up! Plants not actually broken so managed to salvage. Doubt if I will use this company again
