Always excellent plants,very well packed

Let’s just say the flowers didn’t arrive! I had to chase the order myself, nobody from longacres contacted me. There was no help in rearranging for the following day (when asked they said the florist was too busy to make another one).

Must be the only garden centre in the UK that doesn't allow dogs on a lead, but.... Nice cafe and well stocked garden centre.

Product is great but delivery driver turned up a 8am Sunday morning and just dumped it out side the front door, did not even knock to see if help was required
