For my birthday last Christmas I was given a basket of Hyacinth bulbs. I treated them as per instructions, and looked forward to the colour and scent in due course. The blooms were very disappointing and looked thin and feeble, the scent hardly noticeable. I contacted Longacres to tell them about this. The response came very quickly, and as the gift basket was no longer available, I was given a Credit Note. This swift and reasonable action is appreciated.
