Always great from ordering to delivery

Only local garden centre who have full range of mainframe products. Seen one weekend ordered for collection at Woodham site. This product has adaptable poles, angles and connectors to cover any garden bed area, we are using as a strawberry cover. Prices are cheaper than going to MainFrame direct. Always happy with the products, price and service at Long Acres we visit three of their site regularly each year.

I bought a hanging basket stand last year from a different company and wanted another 2. Long acres were much cheaper for the exact same product and they were delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Would definitely recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I thought Longacres Chelmsford would be the perfect environment for my 17 year olds first job, after going to this local store for the past 25 years myself. Chelmsford cafe - Shocking, I wish I never suggested here, treated my child disgusting, now doesn’t want to go into the workplace due to toxic nasty people, 6 weeks meeting called three days before mocks exams at college, had to go in on day off, to be sat down with a manager and unknown member of staff, to be told you don’t work hard enough, they left sobbing and utterly defeated. Clearly that wasn’t delivered very well. No wonder they are always advertising for staff there, when your told you cant clean a table correctly. now we all know why! Ridiculous!! They have definitely lost our custom and my husbands gardening company will no longer use them. I will advise anyone to go anywhere but here, as it’s also all so over priced!

Initially I thought that the order had been forgotten but had been re-routed from Bourne Valley to Bagshot as BV flower shop not open on Sunday. Hand cut bouquet arrived about 30mins after my frantic phone calls. BV couldn’t have been more helpful and I would certainly use them again especially as the bouquet is exceptional!
