Quite disappointed, the flower arrangement I have ordered was advertised with more flowers that it actually came with.

Got what I ordered on line. Company was unable to make it available to collect as ordered but delivered, free of charge, soon after.

Ordered on line and they kept me fully informed. Also offered an alternative as my item was delayed. Very happy with the service provided.

Longacres have been extremely generous donating compost to our charity, The Wilderness Foundation. We run a Community Allotment and a Community Garden and although we had plenty of seeds we had no compost to get them started in. I collected the bags from the local store (Chelmsford) and had a great chat with the manager whilst he advised me on the most appropriate compost for our requirements. As a customer who has used the store for my own gardening requirements in the past, I have always been pleased with the quality, range and price of their products. Thank you Longacres!

Great service as usual

I ordered a gift from Longacres as a birthday present for someone. I left it a bit late and asked if it could be processed as soon as possible but didn't expect it to turn up the next day. Now that's a good service and I would highly recommend them,well done!

The item was in stock and despite the proximity to Christmas the item was delivered very quickly and was well packed.
