I love Longacres garden centres, but my trip to the Bourne Valley site was so bad I will never go there again. Or recommend to anyone to go there. The staff were completely unhelpful (they all appear to be children). I was ignored completely in the resturant. Trying to arrange a delivery was painstaking. I was advise the delivery would be the next morning and at gone 3 in the afternoon I was still waiting and had to call to get the delivery out to me before dark. Doing an in store order I got no help and stood there trying to order the item on my phone via your website. I could go on about how noone contacted me ect. But just shut the place down. It is literally a 10 minute drive from my home, but I would rather travel to Shepperton or Bagshot to get what I need & the help your customers deserve.

Bought what I wanted - click and collect

I purchased something on line for click and collect. When I went to the Shepperton store I decided it wasn't what I wanted. Staff were great. No forms required, they returned it and I was reimbursed the next day. Very good!

My parcel didn't arrived I had a prompt reply and another parcel was sent out much appreciated

Ordered a tree online , picked it up the young lad loaded it in my car along with the paperwork, got it home only then realised they had given me the wrong tree it was fibre optic. Took the tree back was told because I ordered it on line they had to pass it on to someone else and then I would get a refund I still haven’t got a refund yet 5 days now , rang the shop was told it’s going through got no explanation how long it takes for money to get put back into account, very poor customer service.
