Delivery charges are applied if you live in a block of flats without a lift, this should be made clearer. Assembly of product was quite confusing as the manual was not very clear.

Product looks silly standing in the floor as smaller than we thought, & there is no provision for wall mounting even with your own fixings. It would have helped if the sections were numbered for construction. It took 2 hours to build. Once we have fixed it into the wall we think it will look nice.

The furniture itself seems to be of good quality. However we did have problems with their goods. My partner recently brought the pinelli sideboard and although it looked nice on their website, the item came with parts not being labelled making it extremely difficult to make. Secondly the item seemed to have white marks/stains all over. They said it was dust but it wasn't it was something else more difficult to remove but was removed eventually. Finally the doors do not sit properly we have played around with the hinges for a while but still doesn't sit properly not sure what else we can do? All in all we are disappointed it should have come in better condition and should have been easier to make. If we knew it was going to be like this we would have probably got a different sideboard from somewhere else.

Order process was easy and delivery was fast, was kept updated daily on progress of order and delivery was on time on the day. Very happy with our purchase.

Excellent wall bed. My son managed to assemble by himself, but strongly recommend two people and good competence with DIY. I researched mattresses and purchased a Silentnight 3-zone memory foam mattress (wayfair.co.uk) and merino wool mattress protector (Sweetdreams Direct Ltd.) to get the 160 x 200 Euro size. It's as comfortable as any bed that I have slept on and can be returned into the wall cabinet with the duvet in place.

Fantastic service from the start, and quick delivery. Once it took hours to build, I totally love my new wardrobe. Highly recommended this company and will be getting more stuff out it in future

Hi The product itself is very good and of a high standard. The predrilled holes and other standard items/features are accurate and reliable. However, the instructions to a complex set-up/assembly is not very helpful and the various items required for the set-up, such as screws, bolts etc. should really be packaged more carefully and could be thought through in a more facilitative way. Also from the outset a warning needs to be given that certain items such as the pull down bed and I suspect the wardrobe needs a room of a decent size else the assemply struggle is going to be immense. I may have damged my bed base owing tohaving to repeatedly lift it to ove it around in order to get screws and other items attached owing to the room being too tight. I also had to remove a door in order to gain access to vertain aspects of the assempbly opertation.

The furniture was easy to assemble and looks beautiful. One draw is a little slow to open and a little harder to close otherwise everything is very good.
