So happy with my sideboards …

Delivery was much quicker than expected. The guy that delivered was bang on time all though booked a little early at 6am! The furniture quality is great instructions easy to follow. Only constructive feedback is that the screws could be separately bagged and labelled which would have sped up the building process. I had to unscrew a few bits after realising I used the wrong ones which was easily done as they are so similar in size. Overall very happy and they (yes I bought 2) make a statement in my living room!

Amazing helpful customer service!

I unfortunately lost my fixings for my children's beds and couldn’t put them back into bunk beds, I emailed Arthauss to see if they could help me with where I can source new fixings and I heard back within the hour, they have sent me new fixings free of charge and I’m now waiting for these to arrive so I can put the bunk beds together. I have had these beds over a year and it was my fault I have lost the fixings! They have been so helpful with amazing customer service from Hubert

Nice looking furniture but poor quality

Furniture looks good but the quality just isn't there. Flimsy, cheap chipboard, predrilled holes and fixings that don't line up make assembly difficult. Instructions are pretty poor as well.

My experience was OK but the quality of the wardrobe is shocking my shelfs keep collapsing the pre made wardrobe door arrived massively bowed and today has fallen apart after having it for a few months I bought from this company due to recommendation so may just be I bought a bad model but for nearly £700 I would still expect it to be of a good quality (the person who recommended it to me actually bought a cheaper one aswell), so not overly happy with my experience and deffinetly wouldn't recommend to anybody else

Lovely wardrobe

This is a beautiful wardrobe, ideal for a small room as the mirrored doors help create more light. Useful shelf and plenty of hanging, reasonably easy to put together with two of us

One of the worst experiences I've had…

One of the worst experiences I've had with ordering furniture online. We ordered 4 bits of furniture in the same range and was informed delivery would be in 2-3 weeks time, which was fine by us. It then took nearly 2 months for all the deliveries to come. Throughout the process, they have admitted to making numerous human errors, this includes sending notifications of a delivery twice, but it was human errors. On second delivery, the delivery driver was very rude and I provided CCTV to the company who agreed with what I experienced. The last delivery they wanted to make it at 6am, so I requested that the drivers, do not knock or ring door bell and just leave it by the front door, did they follow those instructions? Of course not. Another human error. They offered a partial refund when I followed the complaints process, I provided a figure of what would be acceptable and they accepted. Would I buy again? Only if I have no other choice and am willing to wait two months and deal with numerous human errors.
