Easy to order..quality furniture when I had a query they got back to me quickly and quick delivery

Ordering is so easy . Delivered on time and the guys were great , checked all the boxes and made sure all the mirrors were fine before they left . Once built the wardrobes are fantastic, they are really sturdy , brilliant value for money . Highly recommend

The wardrobes are heavy and solid however when we put it up there is a scratch on one of the glass panels and also there is a hangar bracket missing but other than that they are brilliant

I purchased a bunk bed from Arthuss Furniture in July 2024, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Shortly after assembling the bed, I noticed the paint started peeling off. I contacted customer service, and while they did send replacements for the affected parts, the new pieces also started peeling within weeks. To make matters worse, the bed has now developed multiple cracks, making it feel unstable and unsafe. I paid almost £800 for this bed, including the mattress, which is a significant amount for me. Unfortunately, the quality simply does not justify the price. Now I’m too afraid to let my child sleep on this bed because I don’t trust its safety. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from Arthuss Furniture. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the disappointment and stress I’ve experienced.

I have ordered the display cabinet. It is arrived on time and the assembly took very less time. The display cabinet looks great!

The cot bed bunk bed is absolutely brilliant. My children love it and sleep very well. The mattresses bought as extra are very comfortable. They are safe and sound with the high rails that can be adapted as they grow. I love that the cot bed is low to the ground which means when my 1 year old is ready to move on to a bed he won't have far to fall if he rolls out of bed. Delivery was fast and I was kept updated and the delivery men were polite and helpful

The furniture is nice, sturdy, has smart mechanics, the instructions are 99.9% perfect and written in different languages ​​incl. English, Polish, Czech, German and more... It came very well packed with safety covers... ..the delivery company delivered it 1 minute exactly as stated on the tracking slip (6:00 AM :-)...(twice for the bed and the wardrobe)... It was a pleasure to put it together, it was quite easy but it took me a few days as I took it really step by step... (wall bed with 2 side cabinets and a wardrobe)... Good price as well
