I ordered a Nintendo lite from Shopiosx…

I ordered a Nintendo lite from Shopiosx on 3/25 and was disappointed to find out it wasn't the OLED version that I thought it was. I've tried to log into my account multiple times but can't seem to figure out how. The customer service is not satisfactory and I'm having trouble returning the product.

FAKE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!

I came to the address of Menlo Park on their page. Employees at that address told me that Shopiosx doesn’t exist in their building. I have tried contacting shopiosx over and over for an answer yet no response email/phone/chat. Fake and wasted my time.

After visiting Shopiosx.com in Chula…

After visiting Shopiosx.com in Chula Vista, I was extremely disappointed with their parking situation. There were not enough spaces for the amount of customers they had, and the trade-in policy was very limited. I also felt like William couldn't provide us with enough assistance and it was very overwhelming. Definitely not recommended if you're looking for a smooth shopping experience!

I had heard good things about…

I had heard good things about Shopiosx.com, so I decided to check out their store. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The staff was not wearing masks and the stock was limited. Additionally, prices were much higher than expected. I hope that in the future Shopiosx takes better precautions and adjusts their prices accordingly.

I contacted Shopiosx about an issue with my account and Jessica from their customer service team said she forwarded my message to the relevant team but I'm still waiting for a response. Phone wait times can be really slow and it would help if they had a physical location. I'm really disappointed in the lack of resolve from Shopiosx regarding my account.

I've been trying to get my seller…

I've been trying to get my seller account on Shopiosx.com back up for about two weeks now and nobody from their support team has been getting back to me. It's really frustrating because I need to start selling again but I don't know if they will ever unhold my account. I'm sure they would help if they knew what was going on, so it would be great if they could reach out and get this resolved quickly!

I'm incredibly disappointed in…

I'm incredibly disappointed in Shopiosx.com. My seller account was disabled with no warning or explanation, leaving me with a customer order that I could not fulfill. The automated emails I received from customer service were unhelpful and the entire process has been very stressful. I will be looking for another platform to sell on in the future.

I sold my Samsung Galaxy S22 to shopiosx.com on 1/4. When I received the check from them, I was very upset to find that they gave me $60 less than they had initially promised because of a scratch on the phone. I contacted their customer service and still haven't heard back from them yet, which has left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed in their lack of communication.

My kids use their Quest 2 on and off…

My kids use their Quest 2 on and off throughout the year. After using it 2 days in a row, all of the games disappeared out of the library and purchase history (even the ones we paid for). VERY UPSET AND I WILL BE RETURNING AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK! One of the customer service agents, Jessica was very rude and asked me to call meta/oculus about the issue and had NO sympathy. On top of all this ridiculousness, shipping is expensive, sales tax is even more expensive and what's worse is they charge "service fees" under the guise of other charges. Coupled with taxes, the cost of the product, shipping and the games we brought I've spent close to a thousand dollars and this device is practically unusable.
