My package was lost by DHL but Mark was responsive to my messages and when it became clear that DHL could not find the package he issued me a refund (it was the last item in stock so a replacement couldn't be sent). While it was unfortunate that I didn't receive my order, it was not the fault of the shop and there was nothing else they could have done. I have confidence to order from them again.

I'm from Germany and ordered an English board/card game (Pusheen Purrfect Pick) which was neither available on the original US page nor in my country. Spelpul is in my neighbor country and I was very lucky that they got this game so I could even avoid extra costs . The shipping was pretty fast (less than a week, maybe this was luck too! ^^) The page itself is also available in English which makes it easier for worldwide customers (like me) to order. The ordering process is very clear and simple (I ordered as a guest). After ordering you see on screen that the order was completed and you see immediately your order number (which is very convenient when you order as a guest and want to know the order number right away. But you get also an E-Mail with all the information). The only downside I found was that you have to pay for using Paypal, but it was less than 2 € so it wasn't bothering me that much (plus the game itself was kinda cheap for an import product, if I had ordered via the original US seller, if they still had that game, it would've costed a lot more due to customs duty) I'm very happy with the whole process and would definitely buy again! :)

If I lived in the NL, it would be my go to store. Whenever I have a hard time finding a game I look up their website and often I find it there.

Prima bedrijf, mooi aanbod, snelle verzending, juiste levering en zelfs gratis verzendkosten door een voucher (fijn, want ik had inderdaad een aantal dingen op de spellenbeurs willen kopen die er helaas niet waren). Niets op aan te merken dus. Zou hier zeker opnieuw kopen.

Bedrijf met zeer goede service. Ik had een spel ontvangen in een anderstalige versie dan besteld. Dat kan natuurlijk een keer gebeuren. Dit was niet direct de schuld van Spelspul.nl maar als verkopende partij, namen zij direct hun verantwoordelijkheid. Er werd direct actie ondernomen, de juiste versie is snel daarna geleverd en de verkeerde versie is op kosten van Spelspul.nl geretourneerd. Zo hoort het!! Mijn complimenten.
